The website breezystove.com (the "Site") is operated by CD Media FZC LLC, trading as Breezy Stove ("we", "us", "our"), a Free Zone Company registered with Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC), United Arab Emirates, licence number 4424393.01, registered office: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Site and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your contract of sale is with CD Media FZC LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission. 4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Product Warranty

All Breezy Stove fans come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modifications or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@breezystove.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos and software, is the property of CD Media FZC LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CD Media FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
