At Breezy Stove, we ship our heat-powered wood stove fans worldwide. We want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-é business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3-4 business days
  • United States & Canada: 4-5 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 4-5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4-6 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We regularly offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
