Breezy Stove is a trading name of CD Media FZC LLC, a Free Zone Company registered with Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC), United Arab Emirates (licence number 4424393.01). We stand behind the quality of our heat-powered wood stove fans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 90 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your Breezy Stove fan must be:

  • In its original condition (unused or gently tested)
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@breezystove.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return address and instructions within 48 hours. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Change of mind: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of heavy use, physical damage caused by misuse, or items returned after the 90-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Breezy Stove fan arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@breezystove.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence, such as the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Australian Consumer Law.
