Tracking not moving?
Give it a day
Carriers often update tracking one or two days after they scan a parcel. A pause usually means it is on a truck or a plane.
No shipping email?
Look in your spam or promotions folder first. The tracking email comes from Breezy Stove, separately from your order confirmation.
Still stuck after 3 days
Email us your order number and we will check with the carrier for you.
