At Breezy Stove, we ship our heat-powered wood stove fans worldwide. We want to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3-4 business days
  • United States & Canada: 4-5 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 4-5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4-6 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We regularly offer free shipping promotions β€” check our website for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@breezystove.com.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@breezystove.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize the address is wrong, contact us immediately β€” we may be able to update it before the order ships.
